According to the Wilmington Star-News, Democrat District Attorney Rex Gore broke state laws by using public resources to announce his campaign.  According to the Star-News article Gore’s executive assistant, Libby Carlisle (a state employee), sent the announcement via e-mail shortly after 1 p.m.  The full story is here.
